A dated 1960s ranch home reimagined as a short-term rental in Lakeland's historic core.
The before photos show what the house was: cinder block kitchen walls, vintage blue tub-tile, wood-paneled dining room mid-demo, drywall damage across the living room, and a tired carport-style exterior. The after photos show the same footprint after we were finished — open kitchen with white shaker cabinetry and marble counters, polished concrete floors running through the main level, a remodeled bath with a navy vanity and matte-black fixtures, and a re-skinned exterior under a new standing-seam metal roof. Same square footage. New house.
