A gutted commercial shell rebuilt into a polished training studio for a Lakeland fitness business.
The before photo tells the real story: drop-ceiling panels pulled, plastic sheeting over every surface, new LVP flooring going in across a stripped-down commercial space. The after photos show what came out the other side — charcoal accent walls, light gray plank flooring running wall to wall, LED panel lighting throughout, and a clean finish that let Adrenaline Body Works install their equipment into a space that looked intentional. Commercial jobs like this are about pace and protection: keeping the disruption tight while the renovation happens around an active business.
